Volunteer Opportunities
Thank you for your interest as a volunteer
with Columbia River Fire & Rescue.
We Have closed the Application period for the Spring 2008 training
Academy. But we will accept applications
throughout the Year. The Deadline for
applying for the 2009 spring academy is December 31, 2008.
Applications may be picked up and dropped off
at the Columbia River Fire & Rescue Administration office located at:

The Volunteer Academy is conducted in the
early spring of each year (Typically starting in March or April).
Requirements for
becoming a volunteer with Columbia River Fire & Rescue:
Applicants must be:

Resident of the District or the ambulance
service area |
|
At least 18 years of age |
|
Have a high school diploma or GED |
|
Possess a valid Oregon driver’s license |
|
Be able to meet District physical ability
requirements |

Be able to pass a background check
(criminal history and driving record) |
